F.A.Q.

Once a booking is placed via one of our websites, there is a booking confirmation received which has a Load Itinerary and mentions the location of the empty depot from where the container will be released, along with the date from which the container will be available at the depot.

Great Neptune has multiple container types and sizes offered for service. These include: 20 DRY / 40 DRY (8’6), 40 HIGHCUBE DRY (9’6), 45 HIGHCUBE DRY (9’6), 40 HIGHCUBE REEFER (9’6), 20 Open Top, 40 Open top, 40 Open Top High, 20 Flat, 40 Flat Standard and 40 Flat High.

We also carry 20 Tank and 40 Tank shipper owned containers.
